Well travelled, 59 years on this planet but maybe many aeons on other worlds or living other lives. Young at heart but ancient in experience and wisdom.
I seek a friend and companion, to share the magical and exciting experiences life has to offer. My interests are far too many to list them all but if it contains beauty, a touch of magic and has an artistic feel about it, then I'm always interested. To name but a few, I love books, good films, theatre, museums and art galleries. Markets, craft shows and second hand shops. Old cosy pubs serving good food, rather than the flashy modern wine bars, selling over priced 'gourmet chips in a basket' or a dainty little meal no bigger than a postage stamp. Oh I should say before you read on .... I HATE dancing with a passion. Two left feet and no scenes of rhythm what so ever. Funny that considering I love most styles of music --- except RAP. Yuck! what a load of mindless violent and aggressive lyrics. A state of the times I guess,
'I blame the parents'
and this politically correct state of mind the world is going through.
The bankers, politicians, teachers and do-gooders are spreading apathy and despair on a wide spread scale among the populous ... but not for me!
They can all go, sow their seeds of woe, I will go on believing in the magic that's all around us.
Life has a way of rewarding those who believe in love, truth and simplicity. Life is not meant to be hard, it's just that most people expect and allow it to be so... Seek the magic in every moment and you will find the beauty of this life.
